  • 2 medium zucchini Fresh zucchini for best results.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For coating the zucchini.
  • 1 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper For seasoning.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Optional for flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika Optional for extra flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the zucchini and cut off the ends.
  2. Slice the zucchini into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. In a bowl, mix the sliced zucchini with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, in batches if necessary.
  3. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time for even crispiness. Monitor closely to prevent burning.
  4. Once golden and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.

Notes
