- Wash the zucchini and cut off the ends.
- Slice the zucchini into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a bowl, mix the sliced zucchini with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, in batches if necessary.
- Cook for about 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time for even crispiness. Monitor closely to prevent burning.
- Once golden and crispy, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
