- Add the diced turkey sausage and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the chopped bell peppers and spinach. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Pour the eggs into the pan with the sausage and vegetables. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are fully cooked, about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle the low-fat cheese over the breakfast bowl and let it melt for a minute.
