  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup pink candy melts
  • to taste Valentine's sprinkles for decoration

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe container, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in 20-second bursts, stirring after each burst until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the baking sheet and use a spatula to spread it out evenly.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips and pink candy melts in the same way as the semi-sweet chocolate.
  5. Once melted, mix the white chocolate and pink candy melts together.
  6. Pour this mixture onto the baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
  7. Use a butter knife to gently swirl the chocolates together for a marble effect.
  8. Top with Valentine’s Day sprinkles.
  9. Place the chocolate in the fridge to chill for about 45 minutes.
  10. Once set, break the chocolate bark into chunks of your desired size.

Notes
