  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries (finely diced) Can garnish with extra strawberries.

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, use an electric hand mixer to beat the softened cream cheese until it is completely smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the marshmallow creme, strawberry preserves, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Beat again until everything is well combined and the mixture is light and fluffy.
  3. Gently fold in the finely diced fresh strawberries with a spatula.
  4. Cover the dip and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
