  • 1 bag Tater tots Choose your preferred brand
  • 6 large Scrambled eggs Can add more based on preference
  • 4 slices Cooked bacon or sausage Feel free to use turkey bacon or sausage
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Or a mix of cheeses for different flavors
  • 3 tablespoons Green onions Sliced
  • 1 cup Sour cream For topping
  • to taste NA Salt Adjust as needed
  • to taste NA Pepper Adjust as needed

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spread the tater tots on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions until crispy.
  3. While the tater tots are baking, cook the scrambled eggs in a skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, cook the bacon or sausage until crispy.
  5. Once the tater tots are done, remove them from the oven and layer them in bowls.
  6. Add the scrambled eggs and cooked bacon or sausage on top of the tater tots.
  7. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and sliced green onions.
  8. Top with a dollop of sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
