Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the tater tots on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions until crispy.
- While the tater tots are baking, cook the scrambled eggs in a skillet.
- In the same skillet, cook the bacon or sausage until crispy.
- Once the tater tots are done, remove them from the oven and layer them in bowls.
- Add the scrambled eggs and cooked bacon or sausage on top of the tater tots.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and sliced green onions.
- Top with a dollop of sour cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
