Method
 

Preparation
  1. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Boil or steam the sweet potatoes until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and allow to cool slightly.
  3. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and cinnamon.
Assembly
