  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3 large ripe bananas The more ripe, the better for flavor and moisture.
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 handful chocolate chips Optional toppings.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare two small bread loaf pans by lining or spraying them.
  2. In a large bowl, smash the ripe bananas with a fork until they are smooth.
  3. Add the cake mix and eggs to the smashed bananas and mix everything well until combined.
  4. Evenly distribute the cake batter into the prepared loaf pans.
  5. If you like, you can top the batter with chocolate chips, walnuts, or any other toppings you prefer.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
