  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 jalapenos, seeded and diced
  • ½ cup cooked bacon bits
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
For Assembly and Cooking
  • 12 egg roll wrappers

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapenos, cooked bacon bits, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Assembly
  1. Take an egg roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the filling in the center. Fold in the sides, then roll it up tightly from the bottom. Seal the edges with a little water. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
Cooking
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels.
