Preparation
- Brew your chosen tea leaves or bags in hot water for 3-5 minutes.
- Add milk to the brewed tea to your desired strength.
- Sweeten with sugar or other sweeteners if desired.
Serving
- For bubble tea, add cooked tapioca pearls to the bottom of a cup and pour the milk tea over them.
- For an iced version, chill the tea before adding ice.
- Enjoy your milk tea warm or iced!

Serve in a nice glass or cup. For bubble tea, add a wide straw. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a slice of fruit for decoration. Store any leftover milk tea in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within a day or two. If using tapioca pearls, they are best enjoyed fresh.
