  • 2 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons black tea leaves or 2 tea bags Use black tea for the best flavor
  • 1 cup milk Adjust to taste, whole milk for creamier texture
  • 2 tablespoons sugar Adjust to taste
Spices
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 2-3 pieces cardamom pods
  • 2-3 pieces cloves
  • 1 small piece ginger Optional, for added flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
  2. Add the tea leaves, sugar, and spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and ginger).
  3. Let it boil for about 5 minutes to release the flavors.
  4. Pour in the milk and boil again.
  5. Strain the tea into cups and enjoy!
