Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Use plain or your preferred flavor.
  • 1 scoop protein powder (lemon flavor if available)
  • 1 tablespoon honey Adjust according to sweetness preference.
  • 1/2 lemon juice and zest Fresh lemon is recommended for best taste.
Toppings
  • 1/2 cup granola Keep granola separate if storing leftovers to maintain crunch.
  • Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries) Choose your favorite berries.
  • Chopped nuts or seeds Optional for added crunch.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and protein powder until smooth.
  2. Add the honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the yogurt mixture. Stir well until everything is combined.
  3. In a serving bowl, layer the yogurt mixture at the bottom.
  4. Top with granola and fresh berries.
  5. Optionally, sprinkle some chopped nuts or seeds on top for added crunch.
