Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, sweetener, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk and eggs.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well until combined.
- Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Dot the almond milk cheese on top of the batter.
- Optionally, sprinkle coconut flakes on top.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
