Ingredients
  

For the tea
  • 2 cups water Use fresh water for better taste.
  • 1-2 teaspoons loose black tea (or 2 tea bags) Adjust according to taste preference.
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar (optional) Adjust sweetness according to preference.
  • 1/4 cup milk Adjust to taste.
  • spices (optional): ginger, cardamom, cloves, or cinnamon Experiment with different spices for various flavors.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil the water in a saucepan.
  2. Add the loose black tea or tea bags to the boiling water.
  3. If you’re using spices, add them now and let the mixture boil for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add sugar if desired and stir until it dissolves.
  5. Pour in the milk and let it boil for another few minutes.
  6. Strain the tea into cups and enjoy.

Notes
