  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup hot sauce Adjust according to desired spice level.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the Salad
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
For the Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Honey, salt, and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together honey, hot sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and coat them evenly with the honey-hot mixture.
Cooking
  1. Bake the chicken for 25–30 minutes, or until it is fully cooked. Once done, let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into strips.
Assembly
  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, shredded carrots, feta cheese, and sliced almonds.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
  3. Add the sliced chicken to the salad and drizzle it with the dressing. Toss everything gently to combine.
