- Add the black tea and turn off the heat, letting it steep for 3-5 minutes.
Finishing Touches
- Strain the tea mixture through a fine-mesh strainer, pressing on the solids to extract all the flavor.
- Stir in your sweetener while the tea is still hot.
- Heat the milk until steaming but not boiling, then froth the milk.
- Pour the tea concentrate into mugs, filling them halfway.
- Top with frothed milk and a light dusting of ground cinnamon.
