Preparation
  1. Combine the milk, heavy cream, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and espresso powder in a medium saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium heat until small bubbles form around the edges, stirring occasionally.
  3. Remove the saucepan from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate.
  4. Whisk continuously until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy.
  5. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and marshmallows as desired.
  6. Serve immediately while hot.
