Preparation
- Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and set aside.
- In a saucepan, gently heat the milk over medium-low heat until warm but not boiling.
- Gradually add the chopped chocolate to the warm milk, stirring constantly until the chocolate is fully melted and the mixture is thick and velvety.
- Pour the hot chocolate into mugs and top generously with whipped cream.
- Dust cocoa powder on top of the whipped cream for garnish.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
