  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For additional flavor.

Preparation
  1. In a saucepan, combine the milk and heavy cream. Heat over medium heat until just steaming, but do not boil.
  2. Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the sugar, vanilla extract, and sea salt until well combined.
  4. Return to low heat and warm gently if needed.
