- In a saucepan, combine the milk and heavy cream. Heat over medium heat until just steaming, but do not boil.
- Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Stir in the sugar, vanilla extract, and sea salt until well combined.
- Return to low heat and warm gently if needed.
