  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped Adjust to taste.

  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced (optional) Add for extra flavor if desired.

Preparation
  1. Thinly slice the cucumbers and the optional red onion if using.
  2. In a bowl, mix together sour cream, white vinegar, sugar, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Toss the sliced cucumbers with the dressing until they are evenly coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate the salad for 30 minutes before serving.
