- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla extract, and lemon juice; whisk until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined. Fold in mashed bananas, sour cream, and walnuts.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Baking
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow it to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
