Preparation
- Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces so it melts fast.
- Pour the milk and heavy cream into a small pot. Heat on low and watch it. Do not boil.
- When the milk is hot and steamy, remove the pot from the heat.
- Add the chopped chocolate to the hot milk. Whisk until the chocolate melts and the mix is smooth.
- Stir in the sugar and vanilla. Taste and add more sugar if you like it sweeter.
- Pour into warm cups and serve right away.
