Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces so it melts fast.
  2. Pour the milk and heavy cream into a small pot. Heat on low and watch it. Do not boil.
  3. When the milk is hot and steamy, remove the pot from the heat.
  4. Add the chopped chocolate to the hot milk. Whisk until the chocolate melts and the mix is smooth.
  5. Stir in the sugar and vanilla. Taste and add more sugar if you like it sweeter.
  6. Pour into warm cups and serve right away.
