Preparation
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a clean surface until it is thin.
- Cut the dough into small squares, about 3×3 inches each.
- Place a few slices of pepperoni and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese on each square.
- Add a pinch of Italian seasoning and salt for extra flavor.
- Fold each square over to create a pocket and seal the edges by pressing them together.
- Lightly spray or brush the outside of each pizza roll with oil.
Cooking
- Place the pizza rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches.
- Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce.
