  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (Opt for high-quality mozzarella for best results.)
  • 1 cup Pepperoni Slices (Substitute with cooked sausage or veggies for a vegetarian option.)
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce (Ideal for dipping.)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning (Consider substituting with oregano.)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (Adjust to taste.)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a clean surface until it is thin.
  3. Cut the dough into small squares, about 3×3 inches each.
  4. Place a few slices of pepperoni and a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese on each square.
  5. Add a pinch of Italian seasoning and salt for extra flavor.
  6. Fold each square over to create a pocket and seal the edges by pressing them together.
  7. Lightly spray or brush the outside of each pizza roll with oil.
Cooking
  1. Place the pizza rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches.
  2. Cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Remove from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce.
