  1. Start by washing the cucumbers. Cut them into thin slices. If you prefer, you can peel them first.
  2. If using red onion, slice it thinly as well.

  4. Add the cucumber slices and red onion to the bowl. Gently toss everything together until the cucumbers are well coated with the dressing.
