Preparation
  1. Thinly slice the cucumbers and onion. If using tomatoes, chop them as well.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, onion, and tomatoes (if using).
  3. In another bowl, mix sour cream or Greek yogurt with dill, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss gently to combine.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
