Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until smooth and creamy.
- Add the shredded or diced cooked chicken to the garlic cheese sauce. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated with the mixture.
- Lay out each large tortilla on a flat surface. Evenly distribute the chicken mixture among the tortillas, spreading it down the center of each.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese generously over the chicken mixture on each tortilla.
Cooking
- Carefully fold and roll each tortilla tightly around the filling to form a wrap.
- Brush the outside of each wrap lightly with the melted butter.
- Heat a large skillet or pan over medium heat. Place the wraps seam side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy and the cheese inside has melted.
- Remove the wraps from the pan and garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm for best flavor and texture.

Notes
These wraps can be served as a main dish or cut into smaller pieces for an appetizer. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For reheating, use a skillet or microwave until warmed through. Feel free to customize with veggies or switch up the cheeses.
