  • 2 cups powdered milk
  • 1 cup sugar Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 cup tea leaves (black tea) Can substitute with herbal tea for caffeine-free version
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon Use fresh for a stronger flavor
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the powdered milk, sugar, tea leaves, and all the spices until well combined.
  2. Store the mixture in an airtight container.
Serving
  1. To make a cup, mix 2 tablespoons of the chai tea mix with hot water or milk. Stir well and enjoy!
