- In a saucepan, pour in the milk and add the black tea bags, cinnamon stick, ground ginger, crushed cardamom pods, and whole cloves.
- Heat the mixture over medium heat. Stir occasionally until it comes to a gentle simmer.
- Once it simmers, reduce the heat to low and let it steep for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat. Take out the tea bags and strain the mixture to remove the spices.
- Sweeten with honey (or sugar) to taste. Stir well to combine.
