Preparation
- Boil 2 cups of milk in a saucepan.
- Once boiling, add the chai tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags, and whisk in cocoa powder, sugar, cardamom, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Heat through without boiling.
- Serve hot, optionally topped with whipped cream.
