Dressing

  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
Toppings
  • 1 stalk green onion Sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the cucumbers thinly and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add the diced avocado and shredded imitation crab meat to the bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and toss gently to combine.
  5. Sprinkle with sliced green onion and sesame seeds before serving.
