  • 1 tbsp olive oil Used for cooking the turkey.
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
For the Turkey Mixture
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning
  • 8 oz tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
For the Eggs
  • 10 large eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven and bake the hash browns according to package instructions until crispy.
Cooking Turkey
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and ground turkey. Cook until browned.
  2. Add taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and water. Stir well and simmer for a few minutes until heated through.
Scrambling Eggs
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs. Season with salt and pepper, then scramble them in a pan until fully cooked.
Assembling Bowls
  1. Layer the bowls starting with a base of hash browns, then top with the turkey mixture and scrambled eggs.
