Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Add the cubed banana bread to the mixture and gently stir to combine. If using, fold in raisins and walnuts.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Baking
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the pudding is set and the top is golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm!
