Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 1 pound chicken wings, split into flats and drumettes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish
  • ¼ cup ranch or creamy garlic dip for serving

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F for 3 minutes.
  2. Pat the chicken wings completely dry using paper towels to remove surface moisture.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until every piece is coated.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overlap them.
  2. Air fry for 10 minutes at 380°F.
  3. Increase the temperature to 400°F. Cook for an additional 8 minutes, shaking the basket once halfway through, until the wings are golden, crisp, and reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Remove the wings and let them rest on a plate for 3 minutes.
  5. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately with your chosen dip.
