  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cooked ground beef or turkey You can use shredded chicken or a vegetarian option like black beans.
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend) Pepper jack can be used for a spicy kick.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cooked ground beef and taco seasoning until well combined.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Spoon the taco mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and top with shredded cheese.
  5. Roll the dough around the filling to form a ball.
  6. Place the taco bombs in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.
Cooking
  1. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Serving
  1. Serve hot with your choice of toppings.

Notes

Make sure to seal the edges of the crescent dough well to keep the filling inside. You can also use pizza sauce instead of salsa for a pizza-inspired twist.
