  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into thin fries and soak them in water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  3. Drain and pat the fries dry with a towel.
  4. In a large bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Place the fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  3. Once cooked, immediately toss the fries with grated Parmesan cheese.

  1. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
