Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Lay out the tortillas and spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on each.
- Distribute the seasoned chicken evenly over the tortillas.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken.
- Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps.
- Brush the outside of each wrap with olive oil.
Cooking
- Place the wraps seam side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wraps are golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from the air fryer, garnish with fresh basil if desired, slice in half, and serve warm.

Serve the wraps warm for the best taste. They go well with a side salad, some extra marinara sauce for dipping, or some fresh veggies. You can also add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese or some spicy red pepper flakes for extra flavor. If you have leftovers, let the wraps cool completely. Store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can reheat them in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain their crispiness.
