Ingredients
  

For the Fajitas
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
For Serving
  • Tortillas For serving
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, avocado, cheese

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the chicken slices, bell pepper, and onion.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture. Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken and vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket. Make sure they are in a single layer for even cooking.
  2. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  3. Check that the chicken is cooked through and has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Serving
  1. Serve the fajitas hot with tortillas and your choice of toppings.
