  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, bell pepper, and onion.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until everything is well coated.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken and vegetable mixture in the air fryer basket. Spread it out evenly.
  2. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the veggies are tender.
Serving
  1. Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for a few minutes.
  2. Serve in warm tortillas with your choice of toppings.
