  • 1 lb chicken breast Use boneless and skinless for easy preparation.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil Can substitute with cooking spray if preferred.
  • to taste Salt Adjust to preference.
  • to taste pepper Adjust to preference.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika Smoked paprika can add extra flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Coat the chicken breast with the mixture evenly.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  3. Use a meat thermometer to check if the internal temperature has reached 165°F (75°C).
Serving
  1. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  2. Serve the air-fried chicken with a side of steamed vegetables or your favorite salad.
  3. You can also slice it and put it on a sandwich or in a wrap.
