  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use leftover rotisserie chicken for faster prep.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded You can substitute with cheddar or pepper jack for a different flavor.
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps Any variety can be used.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (optional) Can also use buffalo sauce or barbecue sauce.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust according to preference.
  • Olive oil spray For light crisping of the wraps.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with mozzarella cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and spread ranch dressing if using.
  4. Divide the chicken and cheese mixture evenly among the tortillas and roll them up tightly.
  5. Lightly spray the wraps with olive oil spray.
Cooking
  1. Place the wraps in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wraps are crispy and golden brown.
  3. Remove from the air fryer, slice, and serve warm.
