For the tortillas
  • 2 pieces flour tortillas Any size that fits in your air fryer
  • 1 tablespoon softened butter Spread evenly on tortillas
For the toppings
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Generously loaded on tortillas
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Sprinkled evenly
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Sprinkled evenly

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Use a butter knife to spread softened butter over the two flour tortillas, covering them all the way to the edges.
  2. Load each buttered tortilla with a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning evenly over the cheese.
  4. Stack the two cheese-loaded tortillas on top of each other.
Cooking
  1. Place the stacked tortillas in a preheated air fryer set to 375°F (190°C) for approximately 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the tortillas as soon as the cheese turns a deep golden brown color with crispy edges.
Serving
  1. Allow it to cool for a minute or two, then slice it into individual servings using a pizza cutter.
