Preparation
- Use a butter knife to spread softened butter over the two flour tortillas, covering them all the way to the edges.
- Load each buttered tortilla with a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning evenly over the cheese.
- Stack the two cheese-loaded tortillas on top of each other.
Cooking
- Place the stacked tortillas in a preheated air fryer set to 375°F (190°C) for approximately 5 minutes.
- Remove the tortillas as soon as the cheese turns a deep golden brown color with crispy edges.
Serving
- Allow it to cool for a minute or two, then slice it into individual servings using a pizza cutter.
