Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Scrub the potatoes and dry them thoroughly.
  3. Rub the potatoes with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
  1. Air fry for about 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the skin is crispy and a fork easily pierces the potato.
  2. Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes.
  3. Cut the potatoes open and fluff the insides with a fork.
  4. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
