Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Scrub the potatoes and dry them thoroughly.
- Rub the potatoes with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
Cooking
- Air fry for about 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the skin is crispy and a fork easily pierces the potato.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes.
- Cut the potatoes open and fluff the insides with a fork.
- Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
