Preparation
  1. Wash the potatoes under cold running water and scrub well to remove any dirt.
  2. Dry the potatoes with a towel. Poke each potato 6-8 times with a fork to help steam escape during cooking.
  3. Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle salt over them.
  4. Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching each other.
Cooking
  1. Set the air fryer temperature to 400°F (200°C) and cook for about 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  2. Check if the potatoes are tender by inserting a fork; if it goes in easily, they are ready.
  3. Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let them cool slightly before serving.
