  • 4 medium-sized Yukon Gold potatoes, washed and quartered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix this seasoning blend thoroughly.
  3. Add the quartered potatoes to the bowl, ensuring they are evenly coated with the seasoning.
  4. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and mix until they are well covered.
  5. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded for optimal crispiness.
Cooking

Notes

These potatoes make an excellent side dish for grilled meats, roasted chicken, or even a fresh salad. To store leftover potatoes, let them cool completely first, then place them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat them in the air fryer for a few minutes to regain their crispiness. Adjust spices to taste, and try different kinds of cheese or herbs for variation.
