Very tasty and flavorful soup, which probably will not impress fans of mushrooms. However, remember that dried mushrooms for its preparation should be prepared in advance.
Ingredients for mushroom soup recipe hodgepodge:
- 300 gr. mushrooms or any fresh mushrooms;
- 50 gr. dried mushrooms (preferably white);
- 1 onion;
- 1 carrot;
- 2 tbsp. liter. Tomato paste;
- 1 tbsp. liter. Flour;
- 2 pickled cucumbers;
- Bank of olives;
- Season with salt, pepper, bay leaf;
- 7 cherry tomatoes (optional);
- Fresh greens;
- Olive oil.
Method of preparation mushroom soup recipe hodgepodge:
1. Clean mushrooms were washed well with water and a soaked for several hours, and preferably — overnight. When do we start to cook hodgepodge, boil them until tender.
