Lasagna with mushrooms food recipes
Mushrooms favorably emphasize and shade taste of many dishes, and only in climbing, they look very organic. Warms olive oil in a large saucepan, add the garlic, mushrooms, onion and fry, stirring occasionally, about 6 minutes. Add the minced chicken, liver, bacon; fry another 10-12 minutes, until the stuffing will not be dark. Add wine, tomatoes and seasonings. Stew for another 30 minutes. In an open pan simmer another 15 minutes.
Lubricating oil a baking dish and spread on bottom of lasagna sheets, pre-lubricated form. Alternate — mushroom sauce, béchamel over the dough sheet. And so on. Finish the béchamel sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 190 degrees. To carry the table immediately flavorful dish, until it had not yet cooled.
